Class 10K Clean Room
Our 768 Square Foot Class 10K Clean Room gives Crescent Industries the ability to meet the increasing demands of particulate free assembly and packaging in the medical and electronic markets.
The Clean Room is designed and operational to Class 10K standards. It is equipped with a “once-thru” positive airflow system. This “once-thru” design is also known as a single pass. Ambient air is drawn into the SAM Fan Filter Units at ceiling level. The HEPA filtered air passes into the clean room and is transferred out of the room through grilles at the bottom of the walls. The clean room is temperature and humidity controlled. All inventory and equipment remain in the clean room at all times.
To ensure a clean assembly environment, all employees and visitors entering in the clean room are required to wear frocks, shoe covers, bouffant caps, beard covers and non-latex gloves. Our staff is well trained to pay strict attention to cleanliness and product quality.
