Our tooling and engineering facility operates 24/5 and staffed with highly qualified injection mold makers and engineers to produce quality plastic injection molds. With 23,000 square feet of working space and a lean layout, we can perform mold building, mold maintenance, mold repair and mold revision services in addition to providing engineering services for tooling and injection molding. Along with our mold building capabilities, we also provide Swiss screw machining services for our customers.

Our facility is staffed by individuals trained in scientific injection molding principles and certified by RJG and GSPC performing custom injection molding, insert molding, over molding, family molding and injection moldable metal services.
|  | | CRESCENT MEDICAL PLASTICS 56 E High St., New Freedom, PA Crescent Medical Plastics is our medical injection molding division performing custom injection molding services in a certified ISO 8 clean room and assembly and packaging services in a certified ISO 7 clean room. Our facility is 10,000 square feet and staffed by specially trained individuals in clean room regulations and procedures.
