Crescent Industries provides CNC production machining with advanced equipment and highly skilled labor to produce custom and complex components in a variety of materials and shapes.  We machine components for various markets in the Medical, Pharmaceutical, Defense, Safety, Aerospace, Electronics/Electrical and Industrial markets.   

Since precision production machining is increasingly becoming a complex and competitive industry, speed, accuracy and cost are all factors that weigh heavily on any buyer.  At Crescent, we offer a wide range of solutions to meet the complex geometries and intricate tolerance with CNC automated vertical machining centers and EDMs.   Crescent also operates a CNC automated Makino 3Axis/2Axis machining center that includes a two pallet system which provides continuous operation to run 8 parts at one time.  The automatic tool changer and continuous operation allow us to achieve extended machining hours with low labor costs.

To provide a more efficient manufacturing process for production machining we have a Hel Mel CMM located in our tooling facility to perform quality inspections on parts during the manufacturing process which provides for increased precision and accuracy.
