Crescent Medical Plastics, our medical injection molding division, operates under the ISO 13485:2003 certified procedures for medical device manufacturing.  We operate clean room injection molding in a certified ISO 8 clean room and complete our clean room assembly and packaging services in a certified ISO 7 clean room.  We manufacture Class I, II & III medical devices, surgical equipment and disposables for the medical industry.

We work closely with our customers to fulfill their clean room assembly and packaging requirements by offering design services and custom fixture building to aid in the assembly process.  We perform simple to complex operations depending on our customers' requirements examples of assembly procedures include ultra sonic welding, UV bonding, adhesive bonding and heat staking.

Our packaging experience is in a wide variety of products and kits for the medical, pharmaceutical and dental markets.  Our packaging procedures include vacuum heat sealing, Tyvek lid sealing header and polybag sealing, vacuum formed tray packaging, security and tamper evident seals and other customer specific requirements.

Because of the importance of these medical plastic components, we have the ability to offer process validation including IQ, OQ and PQ qualifications to help product from being manufactured that does not meet our customers' specifications.
