Swiss Screw Machining

Crescent Industries manufactures precision parts to be insert-molded or as finished product in our in-house facility. Our CNC Swiss Screw Machines specialize in producing parts with high quality finishes that are close to ground finishes.  We can produce small diameter parts with high–finish, closer tolerance, bearing surfaces that accept bar stock from .100” to .500” diameter in a variety of materials.  Our material capabilities include aluminum, brass, bronze, copper, nickel, nickel alloys, plastics, steel, stainless steel, steel alloys, titanium and monel.
