Material Handler Job Description
Maintains production operations by providing and accounting for materials and information pertinent to plastics production and warehouse function.
- Prepare all raw materials for upcoming production runs, including packaging, resin, colorant, inserts, jigs, and fixtures.
- Operate resin loading system, including mixing of materials as required.
- Maintain accurate inventory records for both raw materials and finished goods.
- Clean and maintain resin feeding area and equipment, hoppers, dryers, and grinders.
- Ability to work with basic mathematical concepts such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division; fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical solutions.
